11 North a Luxury Vacation House

Great beach front accommodations. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great view of the Atlantic. We were there as part of a small party. The common area was great for the six of us. Excellent and prompt communication from the staff. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful quiet boutique style hotel. My husband and I came to Jacksonville for a relaxing weekend away from the noise of the city and were very impressed! The room was clean and beautiful with amazing views of the ocean and right on the beach! We couldn’t have asked for a better host, thanks for having us!!

We had an amazing time!!! The place was beautiful, we had everything we needed and excellent customer service. Room was super clean, comfortable, and organized. Beautiful view and I got the chance to interact with some people in the area and I can tell it’s a beautiful community. We’re definitely planning to come back already!!!

The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are amazing!! It looks recently updated. There was a smell of pet urine in the lobby, but the following day, a crew was there to shampoo and clean. The smell was gone by the time I got back later that day. Parking is a little tight, but I never had to worry about where to park. Be mindful about the size of your vehicle. There is additional parking on the street that is no further than 20 ft. from the house. Walking distance to incredible beaches and small restaurants. Neptune Beach and down to Jacksonville Beach have amazing eats and shops. If you need your nails done, I recommend Nails by Jimmy. He is quick to get to and easy to get in. I do wish there was a microwave in the rooms or at least easily accessible to guests. There is a full kitchen, but the sign said staff only. I'm not sure if guests can use it, and I never asked. I enjoyed my stay !

Booked the 2nd floor king room for our 37th wedding anniversary. The view was awesome overlooking the beach. Loved our time sitting on the balcony. Room was good size and very clean with very nice big walk-in shower. Rooms quiet and don't hear noise from other rooms. Only issue is parking if all 7 units are rented out at the same time. They only have 4 spaces of paved parking in front of the building and 1 spot on grass (could park 2 cars on grass if other car parks close to one side of the other which would allow a 2nd car to park on the grass too). There is no overnight parking on road near building. Gave an overall rating of 5 because we did LOVE our stay!

We had 14 people stay here and the place was perfect. It has such easy beach access. The rooms are spacious with beautiful views. We felt so blessed to stay here.

Our stay at this Jacksonville beachfront home was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views right from the living room and balcony. The home itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets right on the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook Christmas dinner, and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. The host was very responsive and made check-in smooth and easy. Highly recommend this home for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable beach vacation!

I absolutely loved my stay at 11 North. The room was well appointed, comfortable and super clean (that's huge for me). It is located on the beach; I had an oceanfront room with a beautiful view. They made the check-in process very easy. The honor bar was really nice to have although I didn't take advantage of it. Yogurts & fruits were available in the morning which I did enjoy. If you are thinking about staying at 11 North, you will not be disappointed!
